Pennsylvania College of Art & Design – 2020
Prior to 2020, our building had voted to direct our fund-raising efforts to the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design (PCAD). To say that 2020 was an odd year might be one of the biggest understatements of the century. Our efforts hit a screeching halt before they ever got off the ground. Our building still feels this is an important cause. The future of supporting our next generations in the areas of creativity, art, and design has never been more important. Like everyone, we look forward to an active, safe, and healthy 2021.
Habitat for Humanity – 2019
This was our 3rd year hosting the Habitat for Humanity’ Parade of Homes VIP Party. An effort for our building to participate in a private walk-through of each of the residential floors as a thank you to the many sponsors participating in the Parade of Homes. Additionally, calling attention to the many ways city living can be both a unique and personal living experience.

Warehouse Wandering – Saturday, May 7, 2016
This was our 3rd year hosting the Wandering Warehouse. It’s a party like no other…we combine art and music into a fabulous fundraising event celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Music for Everyone. Each floor hosts a local artist and a band. We finish the night with a DJ in the garage for a dance party! Exhibiting artists donate a minimum of 20% of sales that night to MFE and the bands generally donate their time and talent. It’s a funky good time!
